MSNBC on The Hipster Boys of Williamsburg.

The "hipster boys of Williamsburg" are gettin' as much MSM press as "The Sopranos" and Tony Soprano used to get.

The phrase is officially in the lexicon.

Shorthand for someone dangerously cute.

"Frackin'"?

MSM's getting hip, too. Or too hip. Something like that.

O.M.G.! Kevin Rose is frackin’ adorable! How come none of ya’ll ever mentioned this?! How is it I never noticed until now that one of the pioneers on the new frontier of online community is a major hottie? Look at him, with his bad haircut and his AV-closet moon tan. I bet you a dollar he’s wearing a hoodie, right this very nano second! I’m sayin’, all those hipster boys stumbling around Williamsburg, Brooklyn wish they were so cool. Or smart. Or loaded.

Holy Cannoli :: Buyer Beware :: Real Estate Developers in the News

So much development, so little time. "The 'Enron' of real estate development deals," right here in Brooklyn - and in Williamsburg.

In a word, appalling.
